All orders are transmitted over a secure (128-bit) industry-standard SSL encryption for order processing. Greenwichaccents.com has security measures in place to protect your personal and credit card information.
Please be assured that Greenwich Accents takes every possible precaution to protect your personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information with anyone.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Paypal. To pay by check, please call customer service at: (203)340-1021 for instruction.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order online. This email is an acknowledgment of your order and includes the details of your purchase along with a reference/order number. You will also receive a shipping and delivery update via email when it will be available. If an order is canceled after the item has been shipped, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. On custom orders and back orders we charge a 50% cancellation fee, 3 days after the customer places an order. Greenwich Accents reserves the right to refuse any orders without cause or explanation, and we shall not be held liable for the refusal of an order.
Shipping and Delivery
To offer a higher level of service to our customers, we provide FREE SHIPPING (UPS & FedEx ground) for all orders to 48 Contiguous US States. All other US territories and international destinations subject to shipping charges. Shipping charges may also apply to over sized and extra heavy items. Charges will be calculated accordingly, depend on weight, size, and destination. For shipping quotes, please email us or call customer service at: (203)340-1021. All custom and duty fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Greenwich Accents offers a wide variety of products, therefore delivery time and availability may vary.
Over sized and extra heavy items require delivery via Common Carrier (freight truck, or delivery truck). The Common Carrier will contact you directly to arrange delivery time and date. Our free delivery service only provides curbside delivery. You may request any available special shipping service or white glove delivery for extra fees. Please contact us upon placing an order.
At Greenwich Accents we stand behind our products. If your merchandise arrives damaged or in the event you receive the wrong item, we will replace it for you. Customer must inspect each item immediately upon arrival. If you find any problem, please call customer service at: (203)340-1021 within 24 hours. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day No Hassle Return Policy. With prior authorization and within 15 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return the products you purchased for a replacement or a refund. Shipping charges and 25% stocking fee will apply. Your purchased item(s) must be in the original condition, and must be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on custom orders.
